• We require all waste collectors to have a copy of valid permits on site verifying that they are licensed and dispose of waste in a sustainable manor.
• Source of food items – we require that our food supply partners actively promote, develop and source as much Irish produce as possible within their supply chains.
• We aim to keep delivery packaging as low as possible, we request our supply partners to deliver our products in reusable plastic crates where possible. Where this is not possible the majority of the packaging must be recyclable.
