Located between Clonakilty and Skibbereen on the N71 there is much to do in Rosscarbery. Activities locally include building sand castles on the blue flag Warren Beach, hire pedal boats and row boats on Rosscarbery Lagoon, try Rosscarbery pitch and putt course, play a round of adventure golf at Smugglers Cove! Get some golfing practice at Rosscarbery Driving Range, surf at Warren Beach or hire kayaks on the Bay. There is also playground and tennis courts in the Village. Other activities are walking, bird watching, Pony trekking, fishing, whale and dolphin watching, model railway village and historical sites and gardens.

Bus Eireann run 6-8 buses daily from Cork city that stop in Rosscarbery Village. The bus is no 237 and departs from Parnell Place. The Hotel is a 5 minute walk from the bus stop.
